About this route
Scenic circular route of approximately 52 km in length. From Kirchhain, it goes along low-traffic rural roads into the Hülsbach and Wohratal valleys. The Schwabendorf Huguenot Museum in Rauschenberg provides insight into the migration history of Huguenots and Waldensians in Hesse. On the eastern edge of the Burgwald forest, cyclists head towards 'Cölber Eck'. Here, the Lahn and Ohm meet. From there, it's back to Kirchhain through the lowland landscape of the Ohm valley.
