Düsseldorf-Hilden-Neanderthal-Mettmann-Wülfrath-Silberberger Weg-rechts Nord Erbach ( kurze steile Rampe )- Abfahrt nach Neviges-über Stöckern-Windrath (ACHTUNG ! kurze steile Abfahrt mit anschließend sehr gefährlicher Kreuzung) - Lembeck rechts über Tente bis Horather Str. dann rechts schöne Abfahrt. Über Golfplatz-Oberdüssel- Aprath-B7 rechts dann vor dem Tunnel links abbiegen,bis Gruitener Str.dann rechts bis Park Str. links auf K20 bis Haan -Hilden-Düsseldorf. Anmerkung: Die Tour führt teils über sehr gute landwirtschaftliche Wege. Da trifft man dann auch mal Reiter ,Bauern oder Golfer.
