The first kilometers are along the Lenne. Then comes a pleasant climb up to Staplack which is rewarded with a descent to Delstern. Through Eilpe, we now go up Selbecke (open-air museum) and the dam (karting track) to Zurstraße. From the karting track, it gets quite steep. Over Egge, we now steeply descend to Haspe to then ride up Tücking. Now down Tücking towards Vorhalle, up Schwerterstraße to Boele and the loop is complete.
