Von Dülken beginnend führt die Strecke durch das Schwalmtal mit seinen vielen Wassermühlen. Brüggen läd zu einer längeren Rast ein. Unterwegs kommt man am Bauernkaffe vorbei. Der Kuchen dort ist auf jeden Fall ein Halt wert.

Die Strecke ist nicht für Anhänger geeignet, da sie telweise über schmale Wald und Feldwege führt.
