From Helmbrechts, it goes down to Oberweisenbach towards Taubaldsmühle (where the trees know me) - through Suttenbach - on the main road, right towards Schwarzenbach am Wald, it goes past Rauhenberg (a single inn) and Pillmersreuth - towards Döbra and Kleindöbra - down to Schwarzenstein - further into the Rodachtal - from Rauschenhammermühle straight to Löhmarmühle, where you turn left to ride up the 'Serpentines' (19%) - when you arrive at the top, it goes down through Schnebes and Presseck on the main road to Stadtsteinach - left via Unterzaubach towards Zettlitz (where there is a bike path), where you turn left towards Wartenfels - upon arriving there, you turn left to Seubotenreuth, where things get serious (%e unknown, being a side street) - through Kunreuth, you come back to Presseck, where you go to Heinersreuth via Schnebes - then the places Wahl, Gösm es and Bärenbrunn/Ochsenbrunn follow - in the village, left up to Wüstenselbitz - from there, back to Helmbrechts on the bike path, and stay on the main road.
