From Woerden Railway Station to Driebergen-Rijsenburg Info Centre, following the Old Rhine (Leidse Rijn and Kromme Rijn), via Utrecht.
This is the second of the 19 described main routes from the cycle touring guide book, CYCLING THE RHINE ROUTE by John Powell.
The Rhine Route, as described in this book, begins at Katwijk aan Rijn, following the old course of the Rhine River through the Netherlands, and ends at Basel in Switzerland. It was written with the average cyclist in mind and follows a route mostly close to the Rhine river. The degree of difficulty is mostly easy to occasionally moderate.
Some changes made to the original route due to new roads and building work at the Utrecht stadium.
One-way road systems not taken into account.

YOUTH HOSTEL: Stayokay Utrecht-Bunnik
