Pontremoli-Zeri-Passo del Rastrello-Alta Via ML-Ceparana-La Spezia

From Pontremoli you reach Zeri and subsequently the Passo del Rastrello (1044 m altitude). This is the most challenging section because in 25 km you climb 1130 m of elevation.

At the pass, we join the route of the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri (initially marked Via Regia) and, passing through I Casoni, Sella di San Genesio, Passo Apicella, Valico dei Solini, descend to Ceparana and arrive at the FS train station in La Spezia.
