My saved routes

The trip combines two classic routes of the Goriziano territory, different from each other, but both highly evocative: the Collio and the Karst.

Continuous ups and downs

The walnuts are harvested promptly at the time of ripening, during the autumn season. They are shelled, meaning separated from the pulp that surrounds and protects them, and washed exclusively with water.

They remained in operation until about 20 years ago, before being decommissioned due to lack of use.
