Start at Fishers Chapel Church near Haines Branch Exit 116 of I-77. Can also start at the exit park n ride, but church is a safer place to park.
A couple of good climbs, rolling ridge riding, and some fairly flat sections. A little of everything.

Dog Fork - Allens Fork Loop
Cycling route in Sissonville, West Virginia, United States
I start from Fishers Chapel as it is safer to park there than at the park and ride at the Haines Branch Exit (Sissonvlle exit if heading south on I-77. I believe it is exit 116 on I-64.
This is a fairly flat loop except for the steep climb at the end of Dog Fork (Monday Road at that end.) up to Routee 34. Climb starts at 13%, eases to 8-10%, ramps to 17% before easing out at top. Allens Fork Road is a long gradual descent back to Rt. 21. I prefer this direction, as Allens Fork will have the most traffic, by going downgrade, you are spending the least amount of time on it. None of the roads are very busy except for commuting times.
