I start from Fishers Chapel as it is safer to park there than at the park and ride at the Haines Branch Exit (Sissonvlle exit if heading south on I-77. I believe it is exit 116 on I-64.
This is a fairly flat loop except for the steep climb at the end of Dog Fork (
