從彩虹橋上河濱，大直橋離開河濱，
過自強隧道（南下車道才有人行步道），
之後沿路標一路上風櫃嘴。
風櫃嘴 6km 中在倒數 3km 和 1km 各休息一次，0.5km 處遭蜜蜂追趕。
離開風櫃嘴後小爬一點往五指山方向前進，
之後一路沿路標往內湖滑下山。
從集合出發到內湖捷運站附近耗時 4hr
