Very beautiful route that goes a lot through the forest (gravel), past the Freilinger Lake (asphalt) (you can quickly swim here) then on to Mühlheim and afterwards in Blankenheim enjoy a nice cappuccino. Then back via the Ahrtal bike path (partly gravel but also asphalt) toward Ahütte-Ahrdorf-Müsch and finally Antweiler.
Very varied to ride, uphill through the forest a bit flat and the return from Blankenheim with a slight descent along the river.
