Oberstenfeld in die Spiegelbergrund

From Oberstenfeld via Gronau, up through the forest to the forest playground in Prevorst, it continues to the radio tower on Stocksberg. Via a small trail (S0) we now go down to the hiking parking lot below Stocksberg. A short stretch on the road and then on forest paths leads to the next trail (S1), which descends into Lautertal. Now we go up for quite a while in the forest, passing giant trees, towards Wüstenrot. A stretch on the road and then on gravel paths leads to the entrance of the trail (S0-S3) through the "Bodenbachschlucht". This really beautiful gorge can only be fully traversed by experienced riders. After a short stretch on the road, we now go back up, first on gravel and then on a trail (S0) back to Stocksberg. Over the already known trail (S0) we go back to the hiking parking lot. After a short ride on asphalt through the forest, we quickly descend via the Kohlkammertrail (S1), passing Oberne and Unterne Ölmühle towards Gronau and back to Oberstenfeld.
