About this route
<p>Circular route to the three large springs of the Sauerland. Flat and mainly paved up to Bad Laasphe, then unpaved forest paths to the source of the Lahn.</p>
<p>Between the springs back to asphalt, from the Eder source on the Rothaarsteig partially over logs and stones to Erndtebrück. Depending on fitness and time, it is possible to return from there by taking the RB 94 to the starting point.</p>
<p>The section from Bad Laasphe to Erndtebrück requires a suspension trekking bike or mountain bike; road bikes cannot proceed here.</p>
