The second day of actual cycling begins by crossing the Barrage at Poses once more and continuing downriver to the highlight of the tour, the city of Rouen. The evening and following day is spent exploring the delights of this lovely city, notably its magnificent Cathedral.  An evening TER train from Gare Rouen-Rive-Droite to Serqueux leaves only a few kilometres to cycle for the last evening in spent Forges-les-Eaux.
