Elm M02 (Watzumer Häuschen)

The tour begins directly at Schöningen Castle. Through the town, we head towards Elm, passing by the Lorenz Church, golf course, and youth hostel. Shortly thereafter, we pass the Golden Stag, Elmsburg, and burial mounds. The trail by the Karauschenteich pond leads us towards the Watzum cottage. After a short stretch on asphalt, we return to Elm in Eitzum. We continue along the Elm edge to the Serpent Path and then climb up to the ridge. The trail from the 2nd parking lot takes us past Elmhaus back to Schöningen.
