<div id='description_short_full' style='height: 609px; overflow: hidden;'> <p><strong><em>The time trial is another race in the SPAC 2013 series</em></strong></p> <p>Organizer - Racing Olešná Frýdek-Místek</p> <p>Date - 12.5.2013</p> <p>Start - at the parking lot next to the field in front of Hyundai</p> <p>Finish - at the Kohutka Restaurant in Vyšní</p> <p>Lhotách</p> <p>Length - 19 km</p> <p>Route description - after the start, racers turn right onto the circular road around the Hyundai factory. On this circuit, after about 2.5 km, they turn around against the direction of traffic at the roundabout. Against traffic, they pass the finish line and after about 6.5 km, turn right onto the overpass over the highway. After crossing it, the route joins the district road F.Místek-Český Těšín and turns right. There will be about a 700 m long straight followed immediately by a descent into Vojkovice. In this village, the route sharply turns right onto the road towards Dobratice. On this road, the route slightly climbs for about 1.5 km past the U Koníčka restaurant until the underpass under the highway and railway where racers face about a 3.5 km climb through Dobratice village interrupted by a steep stop at the end of the village and another steep climb to the top near the Harenda restaurant. This is followed by almost a kilometer on flat terrain to the former school in Višňovka where the route breaks into a descent down to V.Lhot interrupted by a short 'bump' at the water treatment plant. At the end of the descent around km 16, the route turns around in V.Lhot and riders have to tackle the return climb to Višňovka. Up to this point the route is on quality asphalt. At Višňovka however, the riders sharply turn right and face the final 600 m long climb on a poor quality road to the finish at Kohutka.</p> <p>Facilities - at the start, parking is possible at the public parking lot by the field in front of Hyundai. There are changing rooms and sanitary facilities. This is also where registration takes place. Medical service will be provided throughout the race. At the finish, proven facilities of the Kohutka restaurant with full sanitary services and two parking lots await everyone.
