I left at 11 o'clock from in front of the block and followed this route 100% on road; at the end of the tour, I managed to achieve an average of 25.4 km/h according to my bike computer, and about 80 km. I estimate a clean 25, with a clean 79 km. I shouldn't rely on either bikemap or my bike computer; it's better to be cautious and round down. The bike is a 13 kg MTB plus a kilo of water in two bottles, Kenda Commuter tires of 1.75, I weighed 62 kilos before the start, about 61 on the return :)). Temperature about 28 at departure, 33 at arrival, headwind after km 60, so about 20 km with headwind, which wrecked my average of 28-30 with which I usually rode. Beautiful tour! I recommend it for speed, short training. I think I can also go below 3 hours, but I still have to work on that :D
