Another race in the SPAC 2010 series.

The course is located south of Frýdek-Místek and consists of a challenging hilly circuit between the villages of Metylovice, Lhotka, Kozlovice, Myslík, Palkovice, and back to Metylovice. Here is the start for all categories and the finish for the oldest category and the women's category.

The finish for other categories is at the top of Metylovský Čupek. The finish is brutal due to the extreme elevation gain.

The number of laps for each category is according to the regulations.
