Ośrodek Piaski - Łososina - Kurów - Ruda Kameralna

A 70-kilometer hilly route around the Czchowskie and Rożnowskie lakes. At the 19th kilometer, there is an airfield in Łososina Dolna; from Kurow, a long descent to the lake level. In Gródek nad Dunajcem, there are dining options and relaxation areas by the lake. Route for intermediate riders (many climbs and some technical descents). Traffic is light on most of the route, moderate or heavy in the Gródek area on weekends. The surface is mostly good, with a few poorer sections.
