About This Route

This was a fantastic ride with wonderful scenery. As there were strong winds as we neared the Col des Champs, we had to walk the last couple of kilometers to avoid being blown off the road.

While the road up from St-Martin-d'Entraunes was excellent, the road down from the Col des Champs to Colmar was mostly in terrible condition. Definitely, a fast descent is not possible.
