Neudauer Teichweg

Starting point Burgau Main Square – At the clubs' 'notice boards', turn left and cross a small bridge to the forecourt of the fire station. Continue right to Posch bakery and turn left here up the ascending path to the church. There, follow the street to the right to the junction, where you continue left onto Wagerbergweg and then turn right into Birkenweg. Leave the village area and follow the long straight road, passing a Labonca sun pig pasture up to the edge of the Neudauer forest. Continue straight to the car park by the Neudauer ponds. Here you can take a short break and observe the local wildlife. Then follow the course of Teichstraße slightly right into the residential area. Continue downhill to the Lobenfeldweg junction. This path takes you back to Burgau, passing the kindergarten, elementary school, sports facilities (curling, tennis), the heating plant, and Lederer’s egg workshop. At the first junction in the village, turn left, cross a small wooden bridge, pass the hydroelectric plant, and continue to 'Schlossweg'. Follow this path, passing VS Burgau, the playground, the castle pool, and the castle back to the starting point at the main square.
