Anfängertour Aidlingen, Sindelfingen, Dagersheim, Ehningen, Aidlingen

The start and finish are at the children's playground on Schafhauser Street in Aidlingen.

Then there is a short, rather steep climb at the village exit; the rest of the ride is less demanding. If you manage to get up here (pushing the bike is an option if necessary), then it is a relatively relaxed ride that avoids "ups and downs" as much as possible.

You cycle on (asphalted) field paths past Dagersheim towards Böblingen/Hulb, then along the Daimler plant northward, before turning onto the bike path along Calwer Straße heading towards Darmsheim.

Then you cross a visually appealing bridge over the B464 and continue along the eastern edge of Dagersheim to the Schwippe.

Afterwards, the route passes through a new residential area of Dagersheim heading south, past the sports field, and then through the forest towards Ehningen. The forest path is mostly unpaved and covered with gravel, those small sharp stones. However, it can be ridden well with a city or trekking bike, though it may raise a little dust...

In Ehningen, you pass by the cemetery and allotment gardens onto the bike path along the Würm River towards Aidlingen. At the start, this bike path has (very short) steep sections and at times you ride again on those small stones. This can be a bit uncomfortable because the surface seems to give way as the stones shift. Mountain bikers naturally have no problem on such 'loose' ground, but even with a 'normal' bike this stretch is rideable, just slower and more cautiously. But don't worry, it's only a short section, then the path is asphalted again.

Along the way, artists have set up sculptures, so you can admire artworks...

In Aidlingen, you return to the starting point via Talstraße.
