About this route
6^ tappa del coast to coast in mtb da Orbetello a Porto d'Ascoli. Da Foligno si segue in parte il Cammino di San Francesco della Marca, con alcune modifiche per renderlo più adatto ad un cicloviaggio.
Da Sarnano si raggiunge Amandola, poi Comunanza, alternando tratti sterrati con stradine secondarie. Ora si raggiunge Palmiano ed, infine, con una discesa ripida e impegnativa, si arriva a Venarotta (la discesa può essere evitata scendendo sulla SP 93). Dal centro di Venarotta si va a prendere Via del Castello, si passa vicino al castello e si arriva all'Ostello San Francesco
NOTA: in questa tappa sono state apportate diverse varianti (tutte comunque percorribili in mtb da persone allenate) al Cammino Francescano
