About this route
This kicked my butt! The early 300 ft accent was steep as you can see. I got the approx. to the 688' mark, rested, then had to stop TWO more times to reach the water tower, a good stopping point!
The decent was a little scary. sadly i braked prob close to half of the decent. Continued to the end of Garden road. Then rode part of the route Alexis and Chin Chin hiked last week-end. W/o nobbies on my rims, it was slow going, walking the sandy inclines.<br />Then i sprinted (for me) from the Sycamore Cyn. Rd. to the 7-ll store at Poway Rd!<br />I am still feeling it! today!
