Château de Chaumont und das Tal der Cisse

The Château de Chaumont was quickly reached by bike from the campsite. In addition to a good historical setup, it features an extensive park with beautiful views of the Loire Valley and small, partitioned gardens with artistic or horticultural design. After a picnic on the dry riverbed of the Loire, we crossed to the other bank for a small circular tour. The online route suggestion passed through wide, harvested fields. Therefore, we deviated and rode through the green valley of the Cisse.
