Hondartzak eta labarrak: Algorta-Kobaron

After overcoming the climb from Portugalete, the bike path leads all the way to Areako beach. On the beach, enjoying the scenery, we will take another route to reach the neighborhood of Pobeña, the neighborhood of miners and fishermen, the neighborhood of El Socorro, the Virgin Mother. There, after climbing a steep slope on foot, we will arrive at the cliffs, and accompanied by a beautiful view of the sea, we will reach Kobaron, at the western border of Bizkaia, at the coastal mining area, our destination today. Throughout the hike, we will have the landscapes of land and sea as our companions. If it is windy that day, it is not advisable to take the path from Pobeña to Kobaron, as it is a very open area. And if someone feels encouraged, they can also go to Onton from Kobaron.
