Oisterwijkse Vennen, Kampina en Hilvarenbeek vanuit Tilburg

Your cycle route starts with a cup of coffee at Woonlandschap de Leyhoeve Tilburg. From here, you cycle to Oisterwijk, a picturesque village. You pass the Sint-Petruskerk, a neo-Gothic cruciform basilica designed by Pierre Cuypers in 1897. The area around the church is so beautiful that it is designated as a protected village view. At the Oisterwijk Visitor Center you can get off your bike to learn more about the Oisterwijkse Vennen before discovering the beautiful ponds yourself. Further along, you cross the vast heathland that forms the heart of another nature reserve: the Kampina. Next, you ride through the rural Brabant region with its fields, grasslands, and long-facade farms. Passing through the bustling Hilvarenbeek, you head to Gorp, where you can see a charming little castle. From here you make a shortcut to Goirle and Tilburg.
