San Giovanni Valdera-San Vivaldo-Toiano-San Giovanni

MTB route counterclockwise, with a loop to the Pietrina Sanctuary clockwise.

The tour initially follows a series of secondary and dirt roads, passing through Montelopio, Cedri, and Iano. Here we do a loop clockwise to visit the Pietrina Sanctuary and its cliffs (a wonderful panoramic terrace overlooking the entire Valdera). Returning to Iano, we continue to San Vivaldo (the 'Jerusalem of Tuscany'). We then reach Castelfalfi and arrive at Toiano, the 'ghost village'. Using a dirt road, we return to the main road and reach Legoli, passing through Libbiano, Ghizzano, Montelopio, Fabbrica, Laiatico, and return to the starting point.
