Anradeln 2011 - Denkmäler und Anröchter Stein

The municipality of Anröchte, in cooperation with the local association Heimatverein Anröchte e.V., offers a bike tour through the southwestern area of the municipality. In addition to the presentation of the green sandstone museum currently under development, interested cycling tourists will learn interesting facts about the formation of Anröchte green sandstone and the use of the stone in architecture. The tour includes visits to the St. Vincent Chapel in Klieve and the Frankenkapelle, the former water mill and the laundry area in Robringhausen, as well as Eggeringhausen Castle. The 21 km guided route therefore leads from Anröchte to Klieve via Robringhausen to Mellrich and back to Anröchte.

The route profile features gentle inclines that can be easily managed.

A break is scheduled at the soccer field in Robringhausen, where the association ‚Dorf-Aktiv Robringhausen‘ offers a small snack and refreshments.
