Best ever high coast route I have done.  Absolutely brilliant.   Forget about gram saving and take a wee camera.   Killer climb from Manarola to Volastra.  Doesn't look like much but a right little toughie.

a great hour + leg burner.   Clockwise for a good short steep climb to Montemarcello or anticlockwise for an calmer longer climb but rewards of more time for the views over the bay.     Road conditions good for the most part.
